British Columbia Angus Association

BC Angus Association

Scholarship Recipients

BCAA traditionally awards one five-hundred-dollar scholarship to a successful candidate thanks to
the annual sponsorship donation from Red Moon Angus, Jim, Shirley Moon & family.

In 2023, the Scholarship Committee decided to name two recipients, based on the outstanding
quality of the applicants.

Once again, BCAA thanks Red Moon Angus for their kind donation for one scholarship while the
association is pleased to announce they will top up the appropriate funds for the two recipients
this year.

BCAA will forward the appropriate funding to the recipients upon receiving proof of registration
at a post-secondary institution.

Both of these recipients are long serving 4H members in their respective clubs as well as active
members of the B.C. Junior Angus Association and both absolutely excelled scholastically.

Congratulations goes out to Hanna Fitchett, Quesnel, B.C. AND Jordan Bapty of Coldstream, B.C

Jordan Bapty in grade 9 decided to obtain her schooling for the second semesters on line. In doing so, this would allow Jordan time and opportunity to work and mentor along side of her parents Nick & Elaine Bapty at Coldstream Ranch. Congratulations Jordan, best of success as well is extended to you from your many friends and extended Angus families.
